At Rimuka 3 High School, our prefects play a vital role in maintaining discipline, fostering school spirit, and promoting student well-being. Selected for their leadership potential, integrity, and commitment to excellence, these student leaders serve as role models and mentors, assisting in event organization, daily supervision, and peer support. Prefects are chosen based on academic performance, leadership skills, communication, integrity, and commitment to school values. They undergo training in leadership, teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution, and form the Prefect Council, comprising the Head Prefect, Deputy Head Prefect, Senior and Junior Prefects. Through their dedication and service, prefects embody the values of responsibility, empathy, and resilience, enriching our school community and preparing themselves for future leadership roles.
